中国连日来的大雾，各种舆论都说是中国污染的问题，说是中国没有环境保护，但是中国的雾霾污染带已经有上百万平方公里的范围，这样大的范围已经不是一个城市污染所能够解释的了，北京的污染也不会有这样大的影响，但是中国的话语权被国际舆论所操纵，尤其是国际一些一贯指责中国环境问题的国际组织更是如此，这些组织里面日本的影响力巨大，但是本人认为这里的原因恰恰是与日本有关。

Quand nous déjeunons dans notre restaurant japonais préféré , j'aime beaucoup les brochettes boeuf /fromage.
Sushis en abondance , sashimis aussi mais une seule brochette de boeuf au menu.
Qu'à cela ne tienne, je suis capable de m'en faire , à la maison.
Pas compliqué , il suffisait de cogiter :
Carpaccio + lamelles de fromage . Et un peu de sauce teriyaki*.
*sauce soja sucrée au mirin , un saké doux d'assaisonnement

Fw : A Look at Sushi Taro’s $138 Tora-Fugu Menu
This week's print column breaks down the myths around the poisonous Japanese blowfish known as tora-fugu. The delicacy was arguably made famous by a Simpsons episode in which Homer thinks he has only 24 hours to live after an amateur cook butchers the fish. (If you haven't watched it, do it now.)
One refrain I heard repeatedly throughout my reporting on tora-fugu was that it's not for everyone—and not because you'll almost die like Homer Simpson. (You won't.) Rather, raw tora-fugu has a very delicate taste that can seem almost flavorless. There's no "wow" impact.
"It's the subtle, almost textural umami that kind of stands horizontally in the palette," says Sushiko owner Daisuke Utagawa, who doesn't serve fugu but says it's one of his favorite fish. "It does have a lot of a taste, it's just that the type of taste that it has is something that we're not used to detecting."....

On January 13 2013, The New York Times reported that air pollution levels in Beijing, China were elevated to a point “beyond indexing”. The readings help form the Air Quality Index (PDF), which is used to determine levels of harmful particulate matter, and topped out at 755 ppm at a monitoring station at the U.S. Embassy (on a scale of 500).

Time to Say Goodbye (Con Te Partirò)
"Con te partirò" (literally meaning "With you I will leave") is an Italian Classical crossover song written by Francesco Sartori (music) and Lucio Quarantotto (lyrics), for Andrea Bocelli, who first sang it at the 1995 Sanremo Festival and recorded it on his album of the same year, Bocelli. The single was first released as an A-side single with "Vivere" in 1995, topping the charts, first in France, where it became one of the best selling singles of all time, and then in Belgium, breaking the all-time record sales there.
A second version of the song, sung partly in English, released in 1996 as "Time to Say Goodbye", paired Bocelli with English soprano Sarah Brightman, and achieved even greater success, topping charts all across Europe, including Germany, where it became the biggest-selling single in history. That version alone has now sold more than 12 million copies worldwide, making it one of best-selling singles of all time.
Bocelli also recorded a completely Spanish version of the song, titled "Por ti volaré". The song, under all three versions, is considered Bocelli's signature song....

The top ranking survey answered by Japanese men were top one, ″Women doing their makeup inside the train”. Almost Japanese men think this shouldn’t be done in the public. Because of Japanese women's busy schedule they are doing their makeup on the way to the office. They don’t want to go to the office without makeup.

訪日外国人が増加、円安で拡大狙う
日本政府観光局（JNTO）がまとめた2012年の訪日外国人数は、東日本大震災の影響を受けた2011年との比較では大幅増となった。「アベノミクス」を手掛かりとする円安効果で、政府は一段の増加を期待している。
まとめによると、昨年1年間に海外から日本を訪れた旅行者数は836万人で、前年比34.6％と大幅増を示した。中国、台湾、タイ、インドネシアなど、アジアを中心に渡航者の増加が目立った。観光庁は格安航空会社（LCC）の日本就航のほか、秋以降の円安効果もあったとみている。
政府は2016年までに1800万人、20年ごろには2500万人まで旅行者を増やす目標を掲げており、2013年の今年は初の1000万人突破を目指すなど鼻息は荒い。外為市場で円安方向となっていることから、JNTOは目標達成に期待感を強めている。
これまでの過去最多は2010年の861万人。リーマン・ショック後の不況で旅行需要は大きく減退したが、その影響が薄れ、円高方向に振れていたものの反動増となった。「ビジット・ジャパン」という宣伝活動も奏功したとJNTOは指摘する。
2010年との比較で、減少したのは韓国（16％）、シンガポール（21％）、フランス（13％）、カナダ（11％）、ドイツ（12％）、英国（5％）などからの訪日客だ。JNTOでは、富裕層や家族連れが原発事故の影響を懸念したのではないかとの見方を示した。
